Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead the complete manufacturing operations of our plant in Alwar. The candidate will be responsible for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, Cost Optimization, and People Management while ensuring operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end plant operations to achieve production targets.
2. Ensure smooth functioning of Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and Utilities.
3. Improve productivity, OEE, and overall plant efficiency.
4. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Monitor production planning, inventory control, and on-time customer deliveries.
6. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory regulations, EHS, and company policies.
7. Prepare and manage plant budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, and cost reduction initiatives.
8. Develop and mentor plant leadership team and workforce.
9. Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Sales for seamless operations.
10. Review plant KPIs including Productivity, Rejections, Downtime, Yield, Scrap, and Cost.
11. Lead customer audits, regulatory audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
12. Drive automation and digital transformation projects wherever applicable.

1. 15–20+ years in manufacturing.
2. Minimum 5 years as Plant Head / Factory Head / Unit Head.
3. Experience managing 300+ manpower and large manufacturing operations.
4. Strong exposure to production planning, quality, maintenance, and operational excellence.
